flames broke out at 7:30 this morning. everybody got out okay. firefighters had the fire out in 15 minutes. san francisco firefighters carried out a strange rescue this morning. it involved a man and a chimney and no, he wasn't dressed as santa claus. >> i am not sure how he entered. >> the man slid down 6 floors inside the chimney from the roof of an apartment building and he got stuck near the bottom. neighbors called 911. firefighters had to dismantle part of the chimney and then use special equipment to get him out. >> when we arrived we found one person inside of a -- the fire chimney here. had to free some of the bricks to get him out. >> the man was rushed to the

a teen accused of shooting at a couple and steeling a car was denied separate trials today. the attorney argued there was no connection between the two crime. he stole a car to impress a girl and then shot at the truck she was riding in when she rejected him. he is held on $2 million bail. police are looking for the man who robbed a wells fargo bank over the weekend. they revested this photo today. -- released this photo today. it happened before 2:00 p.m. saturday afternoon. the man demanded money and made off with cash. he threatened the teller with a gun although a gun was not visible. the fbi has been called in to
